"Can you arrest us again?"

It was almost 4 o' clock in the evening in Trivandrum. The streets were very busy. A man spoke very loud, in fact he was addressing the public." My dear fellow human beings..have you ever thought about the meaning of life? why we all live? Eating , drinking , mating and sleeping...."The man continued.
There was another man, possibly his accomplice standing nearby. He was cheering him up!He had no intention to stop his preaching. People gathered around the man as they were witnessing an unusual event!But a police jeep rushed to the scene ."Come down you idiot" said the police."No". The man said. He was actually sitting on the top of an electric post!"This is a democratic country and I have every freedom to speak." He insisted.The police finally brought a ladder and managed to bring him down using reasonable force.
Both of the men were arrested and taken to the police station. It was very obvious that they were very much under the influence of alcohol.The crowd enjoyed the scene.The men were very happy in the police station!
They sang songs and asked the police for more alcohol and also cigarettes.They were charged with public nuisance offences and were taken to the Magistrate court on the following day.The charges were read and the Magistrate asked, "Did you commit these offences?"The men laughed. "Forget about these charges, you tell me one thing, where is that book you borrowed from me some months back?"One of the men asked!The Magistrate did not prolong the case. Instead, he fined them with R.S. 500/-The men were summoned to the Magistrate's chamber secretly after a while. They were provided with the money so that they can pay the fine by the Magistrate himself. They also managed to get some extra money too!The policemen had no clue about what was going on! They did not think more and they returned to the police station.
After a couple of hours, the two gentlemen returned to the police station again in full form.They had finished all the money in the' arrack shop'.They were singing loud. They asked the police men, "can you arrest us again..please...!"But for the police men, they had other jobs to do. They conveniently ignored them..!
